Cryptonovae is getting a new bridge
Moving from DuckBridge to Multichain
The Cryptonovae ETH <> BSC bridge will be moving from DuckBridge to Multichain in the near future. The switch is not yet complete, but it’s critical we inform the community in a timely manner.
To complete this process, a few large transactions will need to be made, so if you notice them on the blockchain, don’t panic! :)
Why are you switching the bridge platform?
Simply put, the DuckBridge is scheduled to be decommissioned and the awesome ducks have told us way ahead of time, so we are all prepared to continue providing bridge capabilities to our community.
Our new bridge partner, Multichain is a non-custodial bridge that offers no-slippage 1:1 swapping and enables us to incorporate additional chains in the future (such as Polygon) extremely easily.
This will provide a greater level of flexibility for the YAE community, especially after launch. The Cryptonovae subscription model will enable users to hold YAE and get access to the software. Ensuring that we are at least on several chains, gives us greater reach and makes things easier for our users.
After all, we know how crazy expensive Ethereum gets when the market is bullish!
When is the new bridge coming online?
The Cryptonovae team is coordinating with both Multichain and DuckDAO to ensure this process goes over smoothly and users have an easy time transitioning. That being said, hang tight and watch our spaces for an announcement that says the new bridge is live!
In the meantime, please refrain from using the DuckBridge while this process is underway. If you have used the DuckBridge in the past, please double-check that you have claimed all tokens from the bridge as soon as possible.
