Cryptonovae Development Update
Improvements in trading engine efficiency, marketplace progress, and user experience and interface improvements.
Hey Cryptonovians,
The V0.9 release last week went spectacularly. We’ve also started the process of onboarding approximately 30 new early-access users, courtesy of our partner outreach and community price prediction contest.
This week was invested in building on top of the foundation to release version 0.9.1 containing several quality of life improvements, improved UX and UI, better trading engine execution, and significant progress on the marketplace.
Let’s move on to the specific development updates.
Cryptonovae Desktop App
The desktop app is the flagship product of Cryptonovae, this is what our users will use to connect to various exchanges, execute and manage their trades, and do technical analysis.
Status:
- Improved Chart Engine & fixed bugs
- Introduced Notifications Center pane UX improvements
- Clicking on the context menu Open Trading Pad when TP is already open focuses on the TP window instead of opening a new instance
- Clicking on the context menu Open Order Book when OB is already open focuses on the OB window instead of opening a new instance
- Improved General Configuration UX
- Fixed Order Book search input visual bug
- Fixed Order Lines quantity update issue
- Improved user account overview UI
- Other bug fixes and improvements
Trading Engine
The trading engine is the powerhouse behind the desktop application. Our users rely on the trading engine to ensure their trades are communicated effectively to all exchange servers and their execution is perfect.
Status:
- The Bybit connector is in a testing phase
- Improved trading execution and fixed trading execution bugs
- Fixed and improved connector configuration
Marketplace
The marketplace website will be used by users to create and purchase trading bots, strategies, and additional features for the desktop application, primarily using the YAE token.
Status:
- Improved filters and queries
- Implemented Plugin Creator page
- Improved plugin card plugin type indicator
- Fixed Explore page crash under certain conditions
- Improved plugin sorting
- Adjusted Marketplace to API changes
- Other smaller improvements and bug fixes
